Is there a way to get a refund or file a service support request, because I tried the refund link and was shown the "expedited refund cap". I tried to file multiple new support requests all I got was redirects to a bunch of "solutions". No customer support request ticket to be found.
Really appreciate if I can get right pointers here.
I must add that for most of the time we have not used this DDoS Protection - the vms have only been fully provisioned recently and before that was mostly sitting idle.
OK now I manage to get to Additional details page on support request page... Have to click "next" before the assets complete loading.
