Outlook not starting when application initiates a sendmail on a RDS

Hi!

I have an issue with a RDS Server, I use an application from which I can send e-mails.

When I click "send mail" in the application, it should start a new Outlook Message and should automatically add an attachment.

Strangely Outlook doesn't start and my application starts to hang.

One of my older servers with Outlook 2013 runs fine but my new server with Outlook 2019 has this issue.

    Problem solved by disabling addins.
