why are my emails being received by me but are also bouncing back to sender saying another account mailbox is full

I receive emails but the recipient also gets a notification saying the email bounced back and someone else's email (a gmail account) is listed saying mailbox is full try again later

    According to your description, this seems to be normal behavior.

    When a message is delivered to multiple recipients, some recipients cannot receive the email, an NDR will be sent to the sender. Good recipient mailboxes will receive this message normally.

    It is recommended that sender contact this Gmail user in other ways to remind him to clean up his mailbox. Or send the messages to another available mailbox for that user.
