Our account has been locked and no one answers us. Please Help.

Our account has been locked and we simply use it to store our company's files on OneDrive. We don't even send emails from this Outlook account. I have submitted the "Account Review Form" and even emailed CDOC Case Management and so far I have not received a reply. Please help.
