To what should be ascribed a discrepancy in the bcdedit values?

If a new deployment displays a value different from those presented at

https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/bcd/bcdlibraryelementtypes

e.g. allowedinmemorysettings 0x15000075

Should that be regarded a data integrity issue of the ISO file, as in the command Get-FileHash? (prompted from Win11 new ISO files process of verification)

It can be noted that a discrepancy of this sort comes firstly to attention after an inquiry about /set commands at

https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/answers/questions/1153361/a-bad-configuring-in-bcdedit-is-recovered-but-how

(In that question the discrepancy was ascribed to a parallel change made by the truncatememory command; however a second device proves it existed right on from deployment.)

To sum up, it has been attempted successfuly a modification of the values for BcdLibraryIntegerList_AllowedInMemorySettings from 0x1500075 to 0x17000077,

and it remains a very interesting question to know how an ISO file can give a different value on a new deployment.
