Teams calendar and Exchange hybrid problem for new users after installed the latest CU

Hi all,
after i've updated on-prem Exchange server 2016 to latest CU new users cannot use calendar in Teams.
Also if user log-in to office.com/outlook.com are not redirected to on-prem url but an error 500 appear with x-owa-error microsoft.exchange.data.storage.userhasnomailboxexception.
Old users doesn't have problems.

Have you installed all the security updates for CU23 as well? For the available SUs for Exchange 2016 CU23, check this link.
Also check if the new users have already been synced to the cloud.
