Visio is unactivated

I cannot activate Visio.

I have family 365 and also Visio Plan 2.

My last invoice number for visio is E0600LOOPY

This was working perfectly until you changed office 365 system.

My family and visio are under the same email.

Please rectify this as soon as possible.

    Hi @tim.osullivan

    I suggest you log this email account into My Account --- Subscriptions, make sure there is Visio Paln 2.

    If yes, then I suggest you uninstall Visio desktop client from Control Panel.

    Then please go to Apps & devices > Click "Install Visio".
