Work email sent folder not syncing, different on iphone and macbook IMAP

Our host server is Yandex. We use IMAP email.

I installed the account on outlook macbook with SMTP and IMAP settings, everything works fine.

I did the exact same on the iphone outlook app, the inbox is good but the sent folder isn't the same. The messages I sent on my macbook aren't syncing on my iphone. The parameters are the EXACT same.

I tried tech support through my company host server, they said everything is fine. Every app is up to date. No errors are given.

I tried resetting my account, removing the apps, reinstalling every account, nothing works. IT does work on mail, but not outlook. But I don't want to use mail as my signature becomes distorted.

Any ideas?

    Considering that i don't have the same account as yours, so I tested it with a Gmail account instead. When i configure Gmail as IMAP in Outlook for Mac, the Sent folder of Gmail can be synced successfully. In order to further configure if the issue is related to your account, please try to configure other account(such as Outlook.com, Gmail) as IMAP in your Outlook for Mac to check if there're any differences.

    If the Sent folder of other accounts configured as IMAP can be synced, I'm afraid that the issue may be related to your current account. If the same is true for other accounts, please try the suggestions mentioned in this thread for troubleshooting: Outlook for Mac sync issues.
