I am a delegate for my executives outlook account. When I send out meeting invites from his calendar, he doesnt want to get all the notifications. How can I adjust that he doesnt get bombarded with notifications e.g every time somebody forwards the invite or declines the invite?

    Hi @JeannetteH,

This setting would need to be configured from your executive's side. The main account holder can go to File > Account Settings > Delegate Access, select the delegate(you), choose "My delegates only":
