Greetings all. I've got an Exchange hybrid server running on windows server 2016 but I've got a new 2019 server spun up (these are both VMs) and need to move the hybrid to the new server. Is this as simple as installing the newest Exchange version on the 2019 box and running the hybrid wizard? There aren't any on-prem mailboxes, everything is in 365. Thanks!

Yes! install, Exchange 2019, then re-run the Wizard.

Make sure you meet all the hybrid requirements on the new server ( valid 3rd party certificate!) and your firewall rules (if any) are adjusted to account for the new server
