Do you know if it's possible to do a migration whithout using hybrid configuration from the Onpremises.
If yes, What is the name of this type of migration ?

But all the options used Exchange Hybrid Configuration on the on premises except the staged migration

If your on-premises environment is not Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007, you can choose hybrid mode directly .
Then choose Full, Minimal or express according to your needs.
