Outlook for Android is not able to connect to onpremise Exchange server

I have a testing environment of exchange server 2019 on prem only. I am able to connect to this exchange server using android mail app and gmail exchange settings but i can't login using outlook for ios android app

    Hi @jahanzeb abbasi ,

    You need to connect to O365 to use outlook for ios android app.

    Activesync is enabled Firewall is disabled error is "The connection to your mail server timed out"

    outlook for desktop is connecting to exchange server but outlook for mobile is giving error "The connection to your mail server timed out"
    It is a local setup using Active Directory Certificate services
