Hi,

I put in an application for using Azure OpenAI services. I got a reply that my subsctription ID is not valid; the possible criteria was given below...

I believe it fits the criteria. It is active, I can use it now for form recognizer. I understand Subscriptions are region independent and I use it in Europe where we need the OpenAI service set up. Also, it is set up under the @doubleyard.com email so I assume it is a corporate account.

Do I miss something in my understanding of Subscription IDs, with reference to the below ? I cannot understand what is wrong with it.

Thanks,

Darragh.

    Hello Darragh ,

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear your experience. To your question one, Azure Subscription ID is in your Azure Portal as below screenshot - [https://aka.ms/get-subscription-id

Something may cause this issue is you are not using a subscription belong to your organization., and your subscription must belong to your organization. Since Azure OpenAI requires registration and is currently only available to managed customers and partners working with Microsoft account teams.

More information about the access please refer to - [https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/limited-access?context=%2Fazure%2Fcognitive-services%2Fopenai%2Fcontext%2Fcontext

If you think the you should have no issue about above, please contact OpenAI team at [csgate@microsoft.com]

    I hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Yutong
