Outlook always asks a password

Hello!

When a user open Outlook firsts it seems it's already connected to Exchange but clicking the New Email button leads to the authentication window:

Once canceled, the status changes to Need password:

It seems strange to me that after having logged on to Windows itself Outlook doesn't understand which user has run it...

May the it be caused by diiferent user name and email address (shannon = logon account but e_shannon = email address)?
