Outlook Teams Meeting - Bypass lobby for everyone is on but still not letting attendees bypass the lobby

I manage my boss's calendar/inbox from my account. When creating meetings on his calendar, I always set the meeting settings to allow everyone to bypass the lobby. However, he and all other attendees always end up needing me to admit them from the lobby. I don't understand why this is happening.

    Hi Lin,

    Verify in your Teams Administration console, The settings in "Meeting > Meeting Policies". I think so you will find that's you need (by example : Participant & guests, or content sharing ..)
