we have ad 2019 with multiple sites e.g., Manhattan, and London.

we have installed exchange 2019 on the Manhattan site. now I have users in the London site who are having an issue with mail login such as

  1. outlook is prompting for a password randomly and if I input the password, it doesn't work.
  2. At the same time, webmail also doesn't work.
  3. after some time (random) It works automatically.
  4. if I restart the device then it works instantly.

In this time login into Device or file server works properly. only accessing to mail getting hampered.

What could be the possible reason and what will be the solution for this?

    Hi,

Seems like Network and AD DNS configuration issue with Exchange setup, what sort of Network connectivity and bandwidth is available? Did you tried to review the suggested setup and configuration for Multi site setup over here - https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/exchange/high-availability/plan-ha?view=exchserver-2019#:%7E:text=Each%20DAG%20must%20have%20no,can%20be%20added%2C%20as%20needed

Also the Client connectivity process check the link https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/exchange/clients/clients?view=exchserver-2019

    Hope this helps.
