Why OneDrive Usage Reports shows more files than Graph api?

We have Sharepoint Server with OneDrive and we need to migrate all the files from oneDrive. We were able to get all the files list with Graph api, from all personal sites, all user drives and all folders. However, we've got 1 Tb less information than shown in OneDrive Usage Report, which is about 20% of total. When we counted files per user, Usage Reports shows about 2-100 more files for most of the users. But in OneDrive interface user can't see those extra files, they get the same files as Graph api. I know that Usage report is lagging behind for couple of days, but it's not the case, this tenant is not active.

What else can be stored in OneDrive, that is hidden for user and Graph api? Is there a way to get a complete list of files? Or at least some documentation on what meta information is stored in OneDrive?

Thank you in advance.

Alina.

    Hi @Alina Belko

OneDrive for Business usage report show the total number of files and storage used across your organization. You can view the list of OneDrive URLs for users in your organization. And you can check if the url is more than the users sites and drivers in tbe result returned by graph.

Here is the document for more details about OneDrive Usage Reports
