Does Microsoft have a mnemonic Ukrainian keyboard for Windows 11? Ukraine is a very large country and there are tens of millions Ukrainians around the world. Surely several million would want such a keyboard. And it is not difficult to produce and post one (much less than a day of labor).

The Keyboard Layouts and Language pack are available from Microsoft as listed in the next article:

To change the layout of the keys, you can follow the next steps:

Open Settings.

Click on Time & language.

Click the Language & region page on the right side.

Click the menu (three-dotted) button next to the language and click on Language options.

Under the "Keyboards" section, click the Add a keyboard button for the "Installed keyboards" setting.

Select the keyboard layout to add to Windows 11.

The question was about "mnemonic Ukrainian keyboard" driver, not "standard Ukrainian keyboard" driver. I installed "standard Ukrainian keyboard" on my Windows 11. It was easy to install, but, it's not easy to use with standard English keyboard. i used to use russian phonetic keyboard driver for years. I'm looking now for "mnemonic (aka phonetic) Ukrainian keyboard" driver.

Correct. The question above is for the MNEMONIC Keyboard layout, not just language or standard keyboard layout. Funny, Windows 11 includes the russian mnemonic keyboard layout out of the box. The occupation of Ukraine continues, even by Microsoft.

I spent some time looking for Ukrainian mnemonic/phonetic keyboard layout in internet, didn't find good solution, and created it by myself. I don't want to say it's perfect, but i tried ... I published it on GitHub https://github.com/OlexYarm/Ukrainian-mnemonic-keyboard-layout-Windows
