Manage senders for impersonation protection license required and impact?

Does anyone know what the minimum license required to utilize the Manage senders for impersonation protection like below?

Because I have 300+ users to add, and not all of them using E3 or E5, some of them are using just F3 and E1 or Exchange P1 licenses.

    That's a premium functionality that requires Defender for O365 license.

    Hi @Enterprise Architect ,

    Only the F3 or E3 license may not work.
