Outlook cant reach shared resources on 2013 after migrate a user mailbox to 2019 (Coexist 2013 and 2019 )

Hello
After migrating a user mailbox to Exchange 2019 Outlook pop password question when trying to open a sharedmailbox on Exchange 2013. If i point to the 2013 server in a host file on the user machine we can access the mailbox on 2019 and 2013 but not the otherway around. feels like an authentication problem.
Any suggestions what to look for?

Have you tried recreating the Outlook profile?
And if you create a new mailbox on Exchange 2019 and assign permission to access shared mailbox on Exchange 2013, would the same issue occur?
