Hey Guys,

I have a question which is I think somewhat curious. However it brings me to a problem I cannot solve, and maybe it is not solvable at all.

Here we go:

The company uses a "craftsman" software for writing offers, invoices and so on. Also there is a build in calendar. The software is hosted online in a cloud service (which just means, that you logon to a virtual machine using remote desktop). But due to that switching between the own system and the remote is somewhat stupid. The build in calendar is synced via Exchange ActiveSync to mobile, but there is no possibility to connect it normal to outlook on desktop. So I can create an calendar entry in the build in calendar and I see it 5 min later on my phone and vice versa.

But the biggest problem there is, the build in e-mail program of that software is so awful that I decided to move our mails to Exchange. Now it would be great if I could make calendar entries snycing between them. Which I have no solution yet. Or even if there would be a possibility to sync the Exchange ActiveSync calendar to an google calendar would be good since outlook can manage google calendar pretty well.

The main reason why I want to keep that possiblity to create calendar entries via the craftsman software is the possibility to link it there to a project and it create the appointment with all data of the customer (address, name, phone number and so on) and then it get synced to the phone. However there are of course appointments which come via email and could be turned into a appointment direclty in outlook.

I hope you guys get what I mean....

sincerely Mario
