Help please. I created the VM successfully yesterday in the first exercise in the sandbox. Firstly, before attempting today's exercise, it says I have activated 1 sandbox out of 10 TODAY, when I activated it yesterday. I'm using Chrome. So is it still running?

Secondly today I am trying to access that VM I created yesterday as I am here: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-azure-compute-networking-services/9-exercise-configure-network-access so I can carry on and add network configuration but there appears to be no VM. There is nothing in $IPADDRESS. I go back to create a new VM but it says Code: AuthorizationFailed. I closed the browser, signed out and back in again. Still the same message. I have tried it in private mode - same error. I tried in another browser (Edge) and still I am unauthorised. Is there another way of practicing the networking exercise when I can't create a new VM or access the existing one?

Thank you.

    Hi,

    Usually this happens with the Sandbox and Microsoft learn, there should be a feedback option or troubleshooting button try that option. The timeout should close the sandbox and allow you to open a new VM for that day seems like this is not working.

    Hope this helps.

    @Sue Spencer ,

    It's due to sandbox environment stipulated timeout.
    Please checkout the FAQ here: Frequently asked questions (copied below)

    How long does the sandbox stay around?

    The sandbox environment created for a module is available for four consecutive hours to ensure that you can finish the module. The Microsoft Learn exercises are meant to be finished in one sitting, in an hour or less.

    Also,

    What happens when the sandbox times out?

    If the sandbox times out while you're in the middle of the lesson, you'll lose all work up to that point. You'll have to reactivate the environment and go back to the beginning of the module to start over.
