Hey all. Trying to use an emulator to play android games and it keeps saying that hyper v is detected. I’ve tried to turn off hyper v every way that is shown on the internet even going into bios where it says it is disabled already. I don’t know what else to do

Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out. I’d be more than happy to help you with your query

If you are trying to run an Android emulator and it says that Hyper-V is detected, it means that Hyper-V is enabled on your computer, which is a virtualization technology built into Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise editions. To use an Android emulator, you need to disable Hyper-V.

    Here's how to disable Hyper-V:

    1. Right-click on the Windows Start button and select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)"
    2. In the PowerShell window, type the following command and press Enter:

    dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V-All

    1. Restart your computer.

After disabling Hyper-V, you should be able to use the Android emulator without any issues.
