New members added to a DL do not get earlier setup meeting invites

I have a recurring meeting every month with an invite sent to a DL.

There are frequent changes in that DL with the resources onboarding an offboarding and I need to keep the invite current.

How can I ensure that new joiners get the meeting invite without having the cancel the earlier one and sending the invite with the updated DL again.

That's the expected behavior, if you want newly added users to receive the invite, you have to resent it. Same as with regular messages - users that were not a member of the DG when the message was sent will not receive it. If that's a feature you must have, consider using Microsoft 365 Groups instead of DGs: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/learn-about-microsoft-365-groups-b565caa1-5c40-40ef-9915-60fdb2d97fa2
