Is there an SLA for receiving response about my application or someone to verify it with?

Assaf L As per the request form that you submitted the SLA is 10 business days but this might be subjective to the information provided in the form and your request.

Updates about your onboarding request: If you applied for Azure OpenAI text or code models, we will reply within approximately 10 business days. We are unable to offer timelines for DALL-E.

Assaf L If you do not have a response you can raise a support case from the same subscription as mentioned in the form. This will enable the service team to check with appropriate team for your request. Due to the immense demand for access, there might be delays but you should hear from them as soon as they take a decision on your request.
