How to fix multiple notification with attachment trigged via power automate through forms

IMG-20230207-WA0116.jpegCan you please explain how to fix multiple notification trigged via power automate (ms forms). I have submitted one form with 3 attachments then it gives me the different notification. One with combination of all 3 attachments, then again one mail with 2 attachments for the same form. Then again one notification with one attachment. I want to stop getting duplicate notification over mail with attachment. This duplicate only happens when we load 2 0r 3 files.
