Can one manage developer account using email from Gsuit?

So our company registered as developer in Windows Store.
And when we try to invite more people to administrate the page we get response from screenshot30250-screenshot-2020-10-06-at-094343.png

Can we manage our developer account using emails provided from GSuit?

    No, you can't. The add users function will create accounts for users. It doesn't need you to provide accounts. These accounts could access the partner center. They have different roles set by the administrator account.
