As I understand your question, you are getting error Assessment failed during Code compatibility collection Failed to parse Ora2pg version when trying to migrate Oracle to Azure PostgreSQL in Azure Data Studio.
I hope you have followed the documentation for Migrate Oracle to Azure Database for PostgreSQL with Prerequisites etc.
And if this is on Azure Data Studio, I would recommend you to log an issue in GitHub: Issues · microsoft/azuredatastudio (github.com) so that concerned ADS team will look into the issue.
