I haven't received my badges

I completed my Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Associate Exam in December 2022 and Microsoft Office Specialist Word Associate Exam in January 2023. I have created an account in Credly, but have not received an email anywhere that badges were issued to me. I'm also showing no badges in my Microsoft Learn profile, though it shows I have passed both exams.
