Hello,

I seem to be experiencing a bug when creating an email subscription in SSRS 2019. When I set the email priority to "Low" or "High" and Save, I do indeed receive an email marked as either Low or High priority.
The issue occurs when I pull up the subscription again to view or edit it, the Email Priority is displayed as "Normal" (after having initially saved the subscription(s) with a different priority level).

It appears that there is an issue with the UI because subscriptions do send on schedule with the priority initially assigned, but when going to edit the same subscriptions, they show with a Normal priority. Other users trying to edit the same subscriptions are also experiencing this bug.

Could someone please assist?

Thank you!

Lys

    Hi @Lys

Do you mean that you created a subscription with a priority of "Low" or "High", and after the email is sent, when you edit this subscription again, its priority will automatically change to "Normal"?

I did a test. I created a standard email subscription with priority "Low" and sent the mail, but when I edited the subscription again, the priority didn't change.

What browser are you using? Are your subscriptions standard or data-driven?

    Best regards,

    Aniya
