Hi, I would like to request assistance on this matter. I am unable to complete the exercises due to sandbox not logging me in. When signing in using an account, it goes back to the same screen as before.
Hi,
Please try browsing using a InPrivate/Incognito window or browsing using guest profile (click on Person icon in upper right--Other profiles Guest). In the new window you should need to sign in again using your MS Learn account and then see if the Sandbox will open correctly.

Hello, could you provide more instructions on the Guest profile? I don't see Other profiles Guest on the Person icon in the upper-right corner. It also did not work when I signed out, came back to the module and signed in through the exercise.
I used a different account (personal) and it worked for me now.

Glad you got it working. I'm thinking maybe something with permissions for some company tenants might be blocking the Sandbox from working. I think using person account is good idea so that all your Learn/Certification information stays connected to you if you move to another company.
By person icon I mean the icon on the browser toolbar of Edge or Chrome. For Edge you click the icon -- Other profiles -- Browse as guest. For Chrome you click the icon and then Guest down at the bottom under Other profiles. This is on Windows, with regular browser windows (not InPrivate/Incognito).

I have been facing the same issue and have tried every troubleshooting mentioned in "https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/training/support/troubleshooting" but it is still not working. Have also tried it in incognito window but the issue persists

I have exact same issue login with my company account. I tried incognito and guest and different browser, the issue persists.
i was using my organisation email id to login and it was not working. Now i am logging in using my personal laptop and personal email id and it worked for me. Try doing it from personal account if you have been using your office email id.
