How to block a folder able that able to see, but not accessible without permission rights?

Example: able to see this Test folder but when clicking on it not able to open the folder.

Had tried to edit in the security, and change it to read access only, but user still able to open the folder Test

    You have to remove Users group completely from Security tab and grant permissions only to groups that can access the folder.
