Hello,

Regarding the data handling of Azure Open AI, we must use the "out of the logging and human review process" described at the bottom of the following link, under Japan's Personal Information Protection Law

https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/data-privacy?context=%2Fazure%2Fcognitive-services%2Fopenai%2Fcontext%2Fcontext

To do that, we would like to know the specific conditions of "Microsoft's Limited Access eligibility criteria and have a low-risk use case" in the documents and how to apply it.

Regards,
Kaz

kaz san I believe you are looking to submit an application for the following section from the above doc:

To empower its enterprise customers and to strike a balance between regulatory / privacy needs and abuse prevention, the Azure Open AI Service will include a set of Limited Access features to provide potential customers with the option to modify following:

    1. abuse monitoring
    2. content filtering

The link to apply for the same is in the limited access documentation page. You can also submit the form from this link, select the appropriate modifications for point 24 and mention your previous application id that was approved for OpenAI access in the form along with rest of the information requested in the form.
