Can a dedicated host be shared between different subscriptions under the same tenant?

If one organization which is a single tenant want to have muliple subscriptions can they share dedicated host created under subscription A with another subacription B? For example can subscription B create a VM on a dedicated host created under subscription A? Note- both subcription A and subscription B are the same tenant.

    Azure Dedicated Hosts are assigned to one Azure subscription:

    Azure Dedicated Host is a service that provides physical servers able to host one or more virtual machines assigned to one Azure subscription. Dedicated hosts are the same physical servers used in our data centers, provided instead as a directly accessible hardware resource.

    While it doesn't explicitly state in the documentation that other subscriptions within the same tenant cannot access dedicated hosts, this is more clearly stated in the Microsoft video, An introduction to Azure Dedicated Hosts:
