Is there way to make custom Azure Advisor rule for recommendation?

We manage lots of customers as managed service provider.

Now, Across all customers we provide some common operational policies and automation like patching, tagging, backup, anti-virus and cost related stuffs.

Now, to unify these I need these to be included these with Azure Advisor, so that we can start getting the cloud posture with respect to 5 dimensions.

Could you please suggest if there is a way in Azure Advisor to create custom rules and get evaluated ?

    I understand that you have a requirement for creating Azure Advisor custom rules for evaluation. However, it seems that creating custom rules in Azure Advisor is not possible. Azure Advisor provides recommendations based on best practices for Azure services. These recommendations are generated automatically and are not customizable. However, you can create alerts for new recommendations in Azure Advisor using the Azure portal<sup>.</sup> You can also edit, delete, or disable and enable your recommendations alerts.
