status of Built-in serverless sql pool is showing is Unreachable in the azure synapse workspace monitor

I am able to connect to database and I am able to run the query. But I can see the status as unreachable from sunapse monitor. Also after running the query when I clicked on Message tab on query editor I can seeonly below details ,nothing else is appearing

Clear “Cookies and Cached data” of your browser.

Private Mode (New InPrivate Window).
