Can we utilize Windows Server License keys from ISV Visual Studio Benefits on Azure VMs (for Azure Hybrid Benefit discount) under Azure Plan and Azure Plan for DevTest subscriptions?

We have ISV Visual Studio Benefits with Windows Server License keys and we want to use it on our existing Azure VMs running Windows Server OS. We have 2 Subscription plans; Azure Plan and Azure Plan for DevTest. Is it possible to utilize these Windows Server license keys on Azure VMs?

    Hi Eli,

    As far as it is a dev & test environment you can use Visual Studio licenses on the azure, do not use on the Production environemtn as it is not advisable and terms and conditions does not allow from Microsoft - https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Visual-Studio-Licensing-Whitepaper-Aug-2020.pdf
