My one Note app is not able to synchronize my account with different devices?

I added a new notebook in the One Note app but it is not being synchronized to my other devices. Additionally, it is asking me to log in but i‘m already signed in

    Hi,

    I suggest you go to File- Account and check if you have connected to other services with different account to sync your OneNote:

    Then go to File- Info, you can check if you enable the share feature:
