I'm trying to access add-ins within Powerpoint App but keep getting an error that my organisation hasnt allowed access. I am the administrator of the account, we have a non-profit account (work or school).

Any advice on how to allow to the store for add-ins please?

Thanks

    Hi @Luke Capon

as a Microsoft 365 admin, you can control add-ins available to users in your organization by following these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Go to Settings > Integrated apps > Add-ins.
    3. Click on "Deploy Add-In", which will allow for you to select one of 3 options that best suits your scenario:
      • Centralized Deployment: Use the Office 365 admin center or PowerShell to directly add Office Add-ins for users in your organization.
      • Office Store: Get new Office Add-ins for your organization from the Office Store.
      • Shared Folder: Deploy an Office Add-in from a network share in your organization.
You can read more on how to deploy add-ins via the Microsoft 365 admin center here. As an administrator, you can also control access to the Microsoft Store for your organization by following these steps:
      1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center as a global admin or SharePoint admin.
      2. In the left pane, select "Settings" > "Org settings".
    4. On the Org settings page, under the "Services" tab, select "User owned apps and services".
    5. Check or clear the option to allow or prevent users access the Office store.
    6. Click on "Save".

Reference documentation on disabling store access can be accessed here.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect.
