I’m upgrading exchange 2010 to exchange 2016
i could not download below item to process the upgrade
Is there any way I could download it

To clarify, why do you need an older version of the software installation package? Microsoft does not provide public download links for outdated versions.

Exchange 2010 could not install Microsoft Speech Platform 10.2 and 11 for progress Exchange SP3 install
Could not install Microsoft Speech Platform - Server Runtime (Version 10.1) (SpeechPlatformRuntime.msi) therefore we stuck in the upgrade progress
Any ideal how to get the package ?
