Testflight app saying this app has not been setup for your use

We are in the middle of testing our iOS app. We have it wrapped and successfully uploaded into testflight in Appstore connect. It install correctly, it prompts for microsoft credentials. The last step fails saying that Sign-In Failed. This app has not been set up for your use.

The app has the app protection policy, The user is in the group with this policy and the user has a license.

The policy also has the bundle ID of this app.

    1.Did you deploy an iOS store app?

    2.Please check if there is any conditional access policy deployed to this user.

    3.Please check if you can successfully sign in this app in an iOS device which is not enrolled to intune.
