We have migrated our application from BizTalk 2013 R2 to BizTalk 2020 and facing issue while connecting the IBM MQ.
Installed the latest MQSC client on BizTalk server , allowed the MSDTC service under the account that has access to communicate to IBM MQ server, but still facing issue in getting response from IBM server.
Error details:
"Cannot access closed stream"
From the network capture we are able to see the MQ PUT is successful, from client side but MQ server side, they aren't receiving the message.
We are out of options where to investigate and anyone can please help!

Hello, Which version of IBM Client are you using ? Have you installed Host Integration Server 2020 with the latest adapter Fix (which you can get directly from a support case Microsoft). Is there no firewall blocking ? Best regards, Steve
