Renaming the site name and renaming the URL of sub site and also sub site title

I want to change the sub site URL to other name

ex: /sitecollection/subsite1 to /sitecollection/subsite2

Apart from using SharePoint Designer , can we change the subsite URL any way? If yes how?

and also sub site title how we can change?

if I change sub site title does it effect on Sub site URL?

    Please go to Sub site -> Site settings -> Title, description, and logo under Look and Feel -> Web Site Address -> Change site URL of sub site.
