I am having Samsung F62 phone with Android 13 , but company portal is not working getting error as

Unable to create work profile. We were unable to set up your work profile. If the problem persist, contact your support person because your device might not support work profile creation.

    @Chaubey, Vishnukant (IN), Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems you are enrolling the device with Android Enterprise Personally owned with work profile or corporate owned with work profile. And it is failed to create work profile. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let me know.

    For our issue, please firstly ensure the device support Android Enterprise. The following is the link we can check this:

    Meanwhile, there's a known issue with some Android device. Please check if your device belongs to this and if the new OTA updates are installed.
