We can configure successfully for each step, and we can't reproduce the same result as yours. Per your screenshot, you have created Learning App Content Repository and the sync process is also finished. But still can't get the content and can't see the create option. In this scenario, we recommend you directly contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to create a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > New service request. The support team over there can involve more resource and investigate the behavior from back end as fast as possible. They also can check the behavior on your computer remotely. I'm an admin at M365 and I'm a global admin, and I've added a new SharePoint group to add testing viva learning, but as shown earlier, it doesn't work。

Hello all,

I have the exact same issue, everything was set up per manual (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/viva/learning/configure-sharepoint-content-source) and content was added to the Learning App Content Repository, but no content ist being synced to Viva Learning in Teams. When I press on Delta Sync I get the error "OnDemand ingestion trigger failed."

I am the global admin in our environment.

Any news to this issue?
