Not getting user detail for shared ipad device when check from portal

Hello,

I have enrolled a shared ipad device and login with suppose abc account but when I check the user properties it is not showing like below

other profiles and compliance are showing for this user on this device.

any assist will be helpful

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Per my experience, it's expected behavior. In the Intune portal, it maps user account to devices by using the primary user.

    To setup shared iPad, we should set User affinity to enroll without User affinity. So there is no primary user for shared iPad, and the login user will not be shown under the shared iPad in Intune portal.
