cve-2020-1472 Security patch kb4571719 not installing in server 2008 r2 enterprise

I want to Install CVE-2020-1472 patch (KB4571719) on my window server 2008 r2 enterprise server. But i got error shows "The Windows Modules Installer must be updated before you can install this package".

on my server Servicing stack update patch KB4536952 also installed. please suggest how to install kb4571719.

also i have applied all 4 Prerequisite suggested patch on my server, but after installing kb4571719 patch and reboot system its shows failed status. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4571719/windows-7-update

    Hey LeonLaude,

    I have installed all Prerequisite suggested patch you said above, after installing that total 4 patch i m able to install patch kb4571719, and after rebooting its shows update failed reverting back. and patch status failed when i checked in update status.
