chatGPT on OpenAI services not visible

I can't see chatGPT in Azure OpenAI services. Is it included there by efault for the others or do I need to file additional application etc.? Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, yes, this should be by default included to your Azure OpenAI studio if you are in the supported region - East US and South Central US. Please let me know if you are in those regions but you can not see the model as below screenshot -
