Azure OpenAI service configuration error

Rudder Are you unable to create an Azure OpenAI resource or create a deployment of a model after the resource is created?

If you are unable to create the resource then the message ResourceProviderNotRegistered indicates that your subscription is still not whitelisted to use Azure OpenAI resource. This is most likely if gating team processed your request but there is delay in whitelisting the subscription or the subscription id provided in the request is different than the one that was whitelisted.

I would recommend to raise a support case from Azure portal in either case along with your original application id that was provided when the form for using Azure OpenAI was submitted. This will help track your request and the actions that were taken. I hope this helps!!
