Hello,

We started using InTune as an MDM for managing our Apple iPads about 5 months ago. In the time since then, we have had 6 devices that have stopped communicating with InTune. I can not find a reason for this, as all connectors and tokens appear to be healthy. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Thanks!

@48664880 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

1.Please refer to the following article to check if your iPad can successfully check in with the intune service.

2.Please show the screen shot about the iPad status under Devices > iOS/iPadOS devices in intune portal.
